Please also enter the email address that you logged into Stimulate with (and that you will use for all correspondences. We'll send over the payment details to you, and once you've paid, you're all ready to go!
For the FlexiHelp tuition plan, schedule your session whenever you want by typing your question into the form on the related subject page. For all other plans, our experts will reach out to you to arrange a session for whenever works best! NOTE: You can only select the discounted 'ESAT Mega Bundle Prep - £20.99/session for 3 sessions' plan if you have purchased the ESAT Mega Bundle already!

Note: Experts who have done at least 10 sessions over the course of the month will be entitled to an extra £10 bonus paid on the last weekend of the month..
As an expert, if you have received a rating of less than 3 out of 10 for 3 or more consecutive sessions, you will be removed as an expert (you will be able to rejoin after 3 months) and will not be entitled to the monetary bonuses for that month. You do have the option to appeal against this decision, and you can do so by filling out the contact form here. This is to ensure our learners get the best quality service, and that Stimulate can answer their questions as best as possible :)
Note: All Flexihelp Tuition pricing plans come with a free one session trial, which will be made available once the payment has been made. This means that if you wish to continue, you will get the free trial session + five paid sessions for the price of 5 sessions! The free trial is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE FIRST SET OF SESSIONS. If you do not wish to continue after the free trial session, contact us and we will ensure all necessary refund and cancellation prodcedures are carried out. Cancellation requests after 7 days from your one session trial will not be approved. For all other plans, we have a strict no refund policy.
